Here is a pretty good example of the Actron with digital readout and advance that I have, and how to use the advance feature. Sears, Firestone, Midas, Faithful maintenance and repairs when necessary have. The majority of all timing lights available do the basic job for 4, 6, and 8 cylinder engines, however most now are timing lights "plus" some useful features such as dial advance.
